Today, he helps oversee business development, client relationships, contract support, and customer satisfaction to help ensure projects run smoothly and clients stay well served.

Dai McKinney serves as Site Supervisor and Employee Liaison for Continental Cleaning. She helps oversee site-level operations, supports quality control, and serves as a communication bridge between staff and leadership.
